LOHAS 2013 in Xindian, take care the elderly

and truly experience the beauty of Taiwan.

Taiwan is the most aging nation in the world, in the aging Taiwan society,

the elder lived in Xindian, not just live for health aging, but also live for new life meaning.

這個營隊，會讓你深刻體驗-孝道，中國人傳統美德。

在從事獨居長輩，已經15年的志工爺爺、志工奶奶帶領下，你將擔任為期2週的孫子，為居住在新店的獨居長輩們服務，參與：銀髮有氧運動、打太極、練氣功、寫書法、挖竹筍…等爺爺奶奶的日常生活，過程中，你從服務他們的過程中，學習他們的人生故事、對生命的熱情、以及智慧。

This workcamp will bring you to know Confucian virtue.

You’ll deeply experience the Xindian culture and help the elders who live by themselves. There are full of energy ,also versatile of many area of expertise, they just feel lonely cause their families are always working outside the home. Therefore, participants will be grandson for 2 weeks, to join their daily activities, like：senior aerobic exercise、Tai Ji、 Qigong(a practice of aligning breath, movement, and awareness for exercise, healing, and meditation)、swimming、chinese calligraphy、musical saw and so on, the local residents will bring you to find out truly Xindian.

工作內容

1. 擔任獨居長輩半日子孫

2. 用馬賽克拚貼方式，美化社區入口意象

3. 舉辦與社區居民文化交流的活動

Work content

1.Be grandson for 2 weeks，to join their daily activities, like: senior aerobic exercise, mahjong, Tai ji, static qigong, swimming,chinese calligraphy, musical saw, birthday party…etc.

2.Clean and embellish a waterproof which is scrapted.
3.Community culture experience and homestay：experience Xindian local family life.
